Having an experienced personal injury lawyer can make the difference between getting what you deserve and getting nothing. You need an aggressive trial lawyer with over 25 years of proven results who will fight for your rights — a lawyer like Timothy Leigh-Bell. Timothy will work hard to protect your rights, maximize your insurance settlement and minimize the hassles of dealing with the insurance companies.
Tim graduated from the University of Toronto Law School in 1979. He articled at a top Toronto law firm where 3 of his mentors went on to appointments to the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Tax Court of Canada. Following his articles, Tim earned an appointment as a law clerk to the Chief Justice of the Ontario Supreme Court, Trial Division where he gained a unique insight into the legal process by assisting judges with trials, legal research and writing judgments. After completion of his term as a law clerk, Tim joined another well known Toronto law firm handling a wide range of litigation cases for clients such as the Ontario government and the Public Accountants’ Council of Ontario as well as private corporations and individuals.
Since 1990, Tim has devoted his practice to helping people with injuries, disabilities, medical malpractice and insurance related claims. He moved his practice to Mississauga in 1995, where he has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his injured and disabled clients.
